Is this something I need to worry about?

    Unless they address you by name, it is most likely a spoof or "phishing" email. To be on the safe side, forward the email (with internet headers) to spoof@paypal.com .

    most likely fake.. just sign into your paypal account from a new browser window and if everything looks normal, you're probably OK..

    I don't think a day goes by that I don't get one of those...I can't believe they actually work anymore. Spammers should really put their energy to more productive uses.
