It's a really neat set...that price is probably at least double what the market value is, especially for an 8.

They actually seem quite plentiful. Mark Murphy had (maybe still has?) a huge amount of mint factory sets available.

There's even a complete PSA 10 set on the registry.

I think I've seen the Nagurski sell around $50 or so. I don't track it in my database, so I can't give you more specific historical pricing information.
