Okay, who owns these Jefferson's?

Folks,

While looking at the online population report, I noticed something a little strange...

PCGS has graded a 1939-D Reverse of 40 and 1940 Jefferson both graded MS69!

Yeap, you read that right... MS69. WTFO? By the way, there isn't another MS69 coin in the pop report until a 1968S coin is listed, which has to be a mistake. They are the only three MS69 coins listed, other than the SMS coins.

Will the owner or owners of these coins please stand up and post some pictures please or are all of these some kind of glitch?

I own the 1968-S in MS69, however my 65FS has the same registry value so I use it in my set.

Is it a proof coin misattributed or a mint state coin?

    Just wondering...

Edited to add... I should have known Clackamas owned it... image

I strongly suspect the 1939 and 1940 coins are database errors at PCGS.
    When in doubt, don't.

It is a proof coin that was graded as mint state. It should be Proof 69 DCAM.
