it doesn't seem like it. I've got a few that I'm unable to add, but if the card is '60 Fleer #80 that would be the one exception. In that case it shows up as a PSA 3.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

You typically can. I know a few collectors of the T3 set have had Authentic cards registered under their set, and I've in the past had some hand cut cards from my Mike Schmidt master set added in as well.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

As long as that card is in the Master Set you can. You can also add it to the Master Set if it is not listed. It will only be worth a grade of 3 though.

Looks like it's hit and miss- I'm unable to add the '67 Maris proof to any of several sets, including collectors showcase.
