Hi
I have search this forum and didin't find a clear answer. I am looking for the best way to protect a single card.
The most commun way is to put the card in a sleeve and put the sleeve in a top loader. I don't know why but i don't like
it that much. At least, i'm not really sure it's the best way. I know about sending a card to be graded an it come back in a professional sleeve, but i'm looking for a more commun way...
I have come across this:
http://www.pro-mold.com/pc16.htm
It look a little like the PSA holder, with the corner being protected fom shock. But i don't know It look a little cheap...
It is any good? Is it better than the sleeve and top loader? Or do you know a better way to keep card well protected?

I used those holders with the corner cutouts and am pretty happy with them. Be careful putting them in, though, to make sure the card is caught freely in the opening and not caught under one of the extrusions. Be careful of handling them as well - I'm not sure that a major jostle won't cause the card to get stuck between the extrusions.

For non-PSA holdered cards, I decided on Mylar 4 Mil D sleeves (same sleeves used for comics and other historical documents). They are expensive, but the best material made and won't ever tone cards like pvc stuff.
I made a large purchase (more than I needed) of the 3" x 4" size and can offer the extras in lots of 500 for a fraction of what I paid. Please PM me if interested and check out this link for more info:
