If you guys have the time check out a program called JBidWatcher. It's a free, java-based program that snipes auctions for you from your PC. If you have an always on-connection (cable modem, etc.), it's a great little tool. You set the snipe time (seconds from the end of the auction), bid price, and can even take shipping and handling (if quoted by the seller) into your bid total if you want it to (it's an option that can be enabled). A sniper over on the Beckett boards introduced me to it, and while I'll still manually bid on all of the big items I go after, this is great for lesser important or auctions that end close to one another timewise.
And no, I'm not trying to spam the program, nor do I get $ or anything like that. I just think it's a pretty cool little program. I wish I had known about it back when 2005 Bowman Chrome was first released, I'd have half of the gold refractor set by now instead of only 1/3 of it.

I won a T3 tonite - paid about right for it - tho it was about 25% lower than last week - the bidding on these will be going up and down.
I won't be able to buy one again for about 2 months!!!
