Pet peeve: people who call it a "safety deposit" box. It's a SAFE DEPOSIT BOX!!! Same thing when people call someone a "notary republic." Aaaggghhhh!

I love the commercial where they mock the guy who thinks his company gives him "French benefits."

I have heard 2, yes 2, people call "corn on the cob", "corn in the cup"!!! WTF are you thinking??? The kind of slurr it so it sounds like "corn in the cubp"......I was speechless!
