What happens if your guaranteed 7 business day turn around is longer than 7 days? 6 more free submissions or nothing?

Make sure that you count seven BUSINESS DAYS, not just days.
I am not sure, but I don't think the seven days includes the days it needs to ship the cards.
I have had no problems with PSA's customer service. I would suggest calling them, and being polite when asking your questions.
Good Luck

There is no guaranteed turnaround time on the CC free subs. They generally do them quick, but if it takes a couple weeks, tough luck.

Yes, I realize that it is 7 Business days and doesnt include shipping time...but just as I thought...the guaranteed 7 business days is pretty much a useless guarantee....not that I am complaining..just wondering.
Thanks everyone for your input.

The customers aren't the only ones that should be polite.

PSA counts days about the same as women count weeks during a pregnancy. It doesn't make sense!
