Anyone recognize this coin?

I must have missed it when going through my Krause catalogs, but I can't seem to find this coin. Anyone able to help? It's copper or bronze and about the size of a US cent.

(As it happens, I got one of these tokens from Brad's coin list a while back image )
  • Thanks guys! But I cherry picked one of these from a 'junk' box quite a few years ago, hunted it in Krause too and eventually found out what it was the same way you have. Knowledge is just passed down from numismatist to numismatist just like history, legends and good stories. I could NOT imagine collecting just Roosie dimes, British shillings, just slabs or any single theme! There's just so much interesting (and often trivial) stuff to see and learn about as well as the history that it brings with it than to limit ones self to a certain area. I've been doing it for so long and I've just seen so much of it that its become more familiar to me to be able to identify things even if only a piece is visible. I'm still learning and that's what keeps it interesting!
BTW, that Galata bridge token is still only worth about a dollar today for all the great history it infers.
