Just found this while searching for 2003 proof coins on flea bay. Sellers feedback isn't 100% but it seems OK.

Opinions?

Does Sweden use the Euro? I think it is a private mint issue.

I think it is a private mintage as Sweden doesn't use the Euro yet. There are a fair amount of these sets (UK included) but this one seems particularly cheap. The seller also has Scotland, England and Wales for prices comparable with ones I have seen elsewhere
