according to Joe Morgan....regarding that one guy's triple that was just hit.

was he watching the same game as I am?

    It's all part of the ESPN bias for NY teams. Watching the sunday night football game with the giants a couple weeks ago was 'oh my Eli this!' and 'oh wow Tiki that!'

    It's pretty ridiculous how obvious it is now, they don't even try to hide it.

    I could not believe he said that!!!!

    Matsui ran up to the wall and the ball bounced and he missed it. The ball bounced past him into the outfield.


    The more I hear that hack, the less I like him.........even though he was part of the Big Red Machine of the 70's. Notice, he got to talk a bit of trash about that as well.

    No definitely not so I don't know what Morgan was smoking, but he is most definitely an Anti Yankee (which is fine).

    You think this is bad, have you been watching the Atlanta/Astros games?

    Not asking for much.... Just a comment or two about the 'Stros would be nice.
    So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

    Shun the truth?

    Just because Morgan HIMSELF may hate the yankees doesn't mean he won't toe the company line and hype up everything the yanks do as miraculous.

    Just because someone hates the yankees doesn't make them wrong.

    I got the exact opposite impression listening to Morgan the last few games of this series. He seems to love the Yankees, Cashman, Cano - you name it. Miller is a bit more even keeled, but Morgan has been waving his Yankee flag loud and proud.

    When Jon Miller was calling games for ESPN with Joe Morgan it was always gut wrenching to listen to him dumb down his commentary so Joe Morgan could keep up. SF Giants fans are privileged to have Jon Miller all to ourselves now.

    Who's worse to listen to? Joe Morgan or Buck and McCarver?
