I just got back a bunch of NFL HOF auto'd cards and a couple MLB auto'd cards and added them with pics to my registry sets. Take a look and comment if you'd like.

It's interesting to see how nice the retired players signatures are vs. the modern players. You can actually read them!

Quick question, do PSA/DNA cards count for these sets? ie. I have some cards signed in-person by Puckett (numerous), Yount and Aaron. If I had them PSA/DNA would they work? Or does it have to be a manufactured auto? I'm assuming PSA/DNA counts, but I'm not sure. Also, does it have to be a card? For example, if I had a ball or bat or something of a given HOF that was signed, would the PSA/DNA cert qualify it?

this particular registry is for cards.

The 2000 Elite FB (my favorite set of all time) got me started with this auto set, as I pulled the Bart Starr (was a redemption), Dan Marino and Joe Montana Passing the Torch autos. My Montana is listed as a regular Passing the Torch in PSAs database and I have not had a chance to set it back to be re-holdered. So far all the auto's in my FB and BB HOF auto sets were self submissions, and most were self pulls. The Earl Campbell was purchased raw off ebay. I'll try to make notes with the cards as that seems to interest people. The Gayle Sayers/Edgerrin James Torch auto was bought raw on ebay in about 2001 for a pricy sum and self submitted.

I have recently purchased another lot of 99 SP Signature HOFs from ebay and will submit soon. I have another group ready to go to PSA this week that includes 2005 Legends Fran Tarkenton and George Blanda autos. These are sticker autos (clear, not silver) and I will try to replace them with non-stickered auto cards if I come accross them. I am also sending in a Mark Clayton and William "The Fridge" Perry 2004 Fan Favorites autos in case they ever make it to the Hall.

If anyone has any interesting auto'd HOFer cards, please comment. I also like vintage auto'd cards, but haven't been lucky enough to put my fat fingers on any.
