Advice needed

I won an ebay auction on Sept 25th, the seller is a power seller with a 99.6 positive rating. I paid for the auction via paypal the same day and the seller promtly emailed me to tell me that the item would leave in the "next 1-2 days". Well its now Oct 6th and I have yet to receive the item and the seller has not return any of the 3 emails I have sent over the last 4 days. The item was coming from Ill to NJ so transit time isnt an issue. Any advice would be appreciated.

    I would give him another week. I've had packages experience strange delays (like a priority mail package taking 10 days to be delivered), if you dont have it within 3 weeks of your payment date, i would do something about it.

    If you could provide an auction #, or seller ID, maybe someone could let you know if the seller is reputable or not.....lotsa ebay experience on this board!

    I dissent from the majority opinion. Get his phone number and call him. Odds are nothing will change in a week. This has happened a few times to me - email isn't always the best way to get service. Chances are it fell through the cracks and he'll be thankful that you called. Good luck.
