Will PSA grade this '58 Hires Aaron?

I know that PSA grades '58 Hires with and without the tab. I'm concerned with the bottom edge of this card, particularly the right side. It seems to be missing some of the perforation stubs. Does this look trimmed? Has anyone had a similar situation?

Thanks,

Mike

  • I dont think anyone would just trim the first few perforations and leave the rest go. Might have just been a cleaner tear when the tab was pulled off

I think that they would only grade this card as "Authentic". A numerical grade is inappropriate for this card - as it is clearly trimmed/cut at the bottom right.
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

I've got a set without tabs and they all have the perfs along the bottom. I don't think this is worth grading, and if you sent it in am not sure it wouldn't get rejected as evid of trim. IMO It's not worth going round and round with them trying to get it in an "authentic" holder.

I know there crowds on both sides, but I really like the design of these cards. I've got a few with tabs, but I may just try to put together a raw set untabbed just to look at.
