When does a tilt become a miscut?

Not taking any shots at DSL, but can a tilted card ever become a miscut?

To me, Miscut means one of two things:

A) Part of another card is showing on the card [e.g. centering is worse than 100/0]

The card is a parallelogram, not a rectange.

I have a '34 World Wide Gum that's a trapezoid.

It's not trimmed, just cut by Ray Charles.
