Apparently if you just charge a low price people will be happy with anything. This seller has over 13000 positive feedback for selling fakes! Some of his baseball cards are graded by GMA which sells a "grade it yourself" kit LOL!!! Check it out:

This might be fun just for the heck of it. Run a 1990 Topps card through the washer and dryer, and send it in to get holdered as a 10. That'd be a pretty funny card to own.
