waxpacks.com pulling me down...... UGH!

First off, my bad for not reading selling instructions. I impetuously purchased 12 rack packs from waxpacks.com off ebay. They send me my total and the packs are $39 and the s/h is $39. I tell them I misread instructions and simply cannot pay that much. They send ebay hounds after me for not paying my bill, so I have that ALERT on my ebay everytime I log in. They friggin send me another total after they have claimed me no pay ebayer, this time reducing s/h by $20.
I paid for the item immediately, which was 1 week ago.
Since then, I keep getting these alerts from ebay saying waxpacks.com hasn't recieved their payment. I friggin responded to alert w/ correct paypal-related totals, sellers, buyers and stuff. I also said they are "a pain in the a$$ to deal with" in my comments/rebuttle area.
It has been a week since I responded to alert and paid for my crap (which I will NEVER buy again from these punks btw), but I still keep getting emails saying waxpacks.com is going to file negative feedback for me since I have yet to pay for their items.
WTF? I already paid for the items, further more, I think waxpacks.com is playing the bully role here by not being forthright to ebay and cancelling that stupid non-payer ebay alert crap. I plan on posting negative feedback on them if my items don't arrive w/in the 10 business day period they guarantee.
What a headache for 12 rack packs?
ebay was not built for seller's to parlay s/h charges so high that they are equal to price of item you're buying. obviously their business is not where it should b, otherwise they wouldn't have so much FREE time to harass me and play dumba$$ games over 12 rack packs.

Waxpacks.com STILL has not shipped my order from a while ago and I got this thread this morning:
Please accept our apologies for the delay in shipping your items. We are currently backlogged in orders. Half of our employees left the company to pursue other opportunities. We realize this should not inconvenience our customers. We are just asking for your understanding. We are currently running about 3 to 4 weeks behind on orders. However, we expect to be totally current by the end of next week. If you would rather not wait, we understand and offer you a full refund. Please let us know how you want us to proceed. Once again, very sorry for the lengthy delay, we are doing our best to catch up and we truly appreciate your continued patience!
They treat customers like that w/ s/h charges, I can only imagine how employees are treated.
And yes, I did want full refund.

How many lots did you win? How did they come up with that amount of shipping? I assume they don't combine lots with shipping?
Capoauctions charges like 10 bucks a ball and doesn't combine the shipping at all. So, I rarely buy from them or totally figure it into my bid.
Good luck - that kind of shipping is just not right.

File with e-bay for fee avoidance. low price/high shipping
they initially tried to charge me $39.95 s/h for 12 rack packs. i e-mailed them saying this was simply not right and they said "carefully read our s/h instructions" (ie, basically you're SOL).
i fought them for a week and they reduced s/h to $20 and i sadly paid for them.
the next day they filed some complaint w/ e-bay saying i was a deliquent (sp?) buyer, despite the fact that i had already paid. the left the alert on for over a week after i had paid for my stuff. e-bay basically e-mailed me daily saying i needed to pay for my stuff, i was really confused here.
1 month after i originally won the auction and my 12 rack packs were not here. i e-mailed waxpacks.com and asked for a tracking # or something.
they responded w/ sob story that is in my last post.
I WOULDN"T buy anything from them. i mean, how hard is it to simply take something to post office and mail it????
