Granted, they haven't played much as far as teams go, but the heart they had in the come from behind against Northwestern, and the points they put up against a decent Minnesota team is starting to make me a little curious to as how long they can keep it up.
Any thoughts?

I read somewhere their opponent's rating is (by far) the weakest of any team this year...though to win week in and out is impressive. Now when you start scheduling Div 1-AA (like the noles), those shouldn't count as wins.
We'll see if Joe Pa can keep it up against good competition.

18th, no not really, but they are still showing that they are finally putting an effort into winning. They are putting up good points this year, so even though they might not be playing many good defenses, their offense is FINALLY working.

Hell, I'm still here and the Ducks slaughtered Stanford today after getting slaughtered last week by USC. Personally I do not care if Penn State is real good or not. I'm just happy Joe has got off to a good start this year. The guy has class.

Nobody has to be a Penn State fan to respect the tremendous and remarkable job that Joe Paterno has done. I'll admit - I thought, as well as many others, that his better coaching days were behind him. Perhaps not - and if Joe proves me wrong I would be most sincerely glad of that.
