Registry Photos

I have been trying to ad photos to some of my registry sets with no luck.
Could someone please spell out how they are posting their photos,and the size limit.
Or at the very least a link at PCGS that explains the procedure.

Set Registry Add/Update Instructions

ADD ITEMS:
1. Add items by typing in the PCGS certification number of the items in the boxes provided. On the PCGS holder it is the entire number after the slash (/).
2. The Description Box is for any information that does not appear on the holder, i.e. a detailed description, pedigree, etc. Descriptions are optional.
3. When adding images, use jpeg or gif files that are given unique names without spaces or special characters. Also, images are limited to a file size of 100K. The images should be saved to a location on your hard drive. Click on the BROWSE button to search for your image file on your hard drive and then select and add. Note: Once images are added, to make changes to image file names, click the link called LIST/EDIT IMAGE FILES that appears on the REGISTER YOUR SET web page.
4. Click on the ADD COINS button to save your work.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 until you have added all items.
6. After completion, answer the questions that appear at the bottom of the page.
7. If you are not ready for your set to appear live on the web site and wish to continue adding items at a later date, then click the DO NOT VALIDATE button. Click on the EDIT SET link which appears on the REGISTER YOUR SET web page when you are ready to continue.
8. If you are ready for your set to appear live on the web site, then click the VALIDATE button.

EDIT/DELETE ITEMS:

1. Add new items by following the same steps as above.
2. Edit any item by clicking on EDIT next to the item you want to update.
3. Delete any item by clicking on DELETE next to the item you want to delete.
4. Press VALIDATE at the bottom of the form to complete the update process. Your changes will immediately appear on the set registry web site.

CANCELING EDITS:
If you wish to cancel edits for a set (all changes since your set was last validated), click the link called CANCEL EDITS that appears on the REGISTER YOUR SET web page.

Thanks all for the reply. I believe my major problem has been the size of my photos, which range from 1.2mb to 1.49mb.
