Use some Stamplift from Great Britain. I think there is another one made by Safe called Stamplifter or such, but always heard Stamplift was better. These are suppose to leave the gum mostly undisturbed. I haven't used either personally but do have a bottle of Stamplift. Just need to get the time to try it.

Edited to add: if not an expensive sheet, you might just want to try steaming first; depends on how stuck they are.

It's not too expensive, and the stuck part is a rather small portion of the sheet. I think maybe I'll give the steam a shot
