The strike is just about the most you are going to get for a late-date Buff. When I evaluate strike, the first thing I look for is the top feather on Iron Tail. Most of the time, part of the bottom is flat.
On this coin, it isn't.
This specimen has attracive toning, mark-free fields, and a pin-perfect reverse strike. If it lacks anything...it would be a very slightly brought up knot.
My first impression was that this was a very high-end 67.
If I were a grader, and had it in hand, I might assign a 67 but submit it for review before encapsulation.
I would not be surprised at a 68.
