Thats an interesting set from a different time. I have never seen all the cards, but the ones I have really show the propoganda swirlings of the early 50's.

Definitely a great set. I have a few (3) cards from this set. Maybe one day when I finish my current sets, I'll put a set of these together.

Interesting set from an interesting time. I got my set complete, so I know nothing about the intricacies of obtaining this set card by card. Here is a link to an earlier thread regarding this set.

Bowman came out with some sets in 1950, 1951 with great artwork. Besides the Red Menace, there was the Wild Man set, the Firefighters set, Jets Rockets and Spacemen, America Salutes the FBI, etc.. Many of these sets are near impossible to find today. There was a thread on the Antique Autos set earlier that was a copy of the 1910 Turkey Red set.
