Of the 20 or so Jersey cards Brady has for 2004 Leaf Limited, I saw 2 that were numbered to 100. There could be others, but you would have to give the insert set name and card number to get definate answer.

The 2 I saw were:

2004 Leaf Limited/ Threads #LT95 ($30 BV)
2004 Leaf Limited/ Threads #LT96 ($30 BV)
