I essentially agree with what you say, and I've offered my support and advice by PM as well. I wish him well.

    Agreed.

You get a little more leeway when you're young - especially if you're into coins image

Everything I write is my opinion.

    Looking for alot of crap.
  • I agree as well.
As an adult I unfortunately find some questions and other assorted things in life annoying that I really shouldn't. As we get older we may be more set in our ways, less tolerant, and take for granted that what we already know should be common knowledge for others. It sometimes takes a wakeup call to realize that we never stop learning... or teaching, not only in words but in actions as well, and often in areas we think we already know. This is a great group of varied collectors capable of doing a lot of good in the hobby but we are still human beings and must make it through every day in a world of other human beings which usually takes a lot of effort and patience. Some of us may get more tired quicker than others but we must keep on persevering. Our hobby is for relaxation and enjoyment, a type of therapy or refuge from the stress of dealing with the rest of life. Sometimes that stress seeps in anyway and we just have to count to ten and realize its all part of life and go on. I've seen the look on my teenagers' faces when they have to endure their grandparents and I can almost remeber I was the same way once too. image
In my opinion, GCL was never a troll but just as Danegeld stated. A troll, by my definition, would be a malicious person trying to stir up trouble. I don't remember the last time this was the case in our fair forum. Now the Open Forum...

  • A troll? No.

Someone I don't want to associate with, even indirectly? Well, watch and see whether I respond to any more of his rants.
