It was payday today and this is waht I bought...

Well, not exactly the type of coin I use to collect but I like Queens... image

As it was payday today I bought this one on impulse. Was it stupid, should I stay away from auctions on paydays or can one live with it!?

I payed roughly 85 USD for it. As I dont fancy gold coins normally I just wanted to get some opinions from you who know these bransch of coin collection better. image

    The most important thing about a coin purchase is: Do you like it?

    If you like it, it is a good purchase. Often I find something that I like, even if it is something different than my normal collections.

    If I really like it, I will buy it.

    I like Ikes!! But I especially like Viking Ships, Swedish Plate Money, and all coins Scandinavian.

    And aye I like it. image I dont know in which "category" I will place it in my collection though but I guess it will fall in "coins I bought just cause they appeals to me for some mysterious reason..." image

    Nice Coin.. Seeing a lot of them now at local shows. Must have been a hord somewhere. Oh yea asking price is 85 to 90
