What to do when you sell off your collection

Read down to how the founder of Rick's Cabaret got his start. Sure is a departure from the reasoning I have seen for others leaving the hobby.

And, yes, there is even a public strip club. Rick's Cabaret opened its 10th club this week, this one in midtown Manhattan. The company's founder sold off his baseball card collection for $40,000 16 years ago to buy his first topless club at the "just legal" age of 21. I guess you can say that he traded one Babe for a bevy of others.

That's funny. Considering that clubs of this type in NY are owned or controlled by organized crime, it is highly unlikely this is the way this guy got his money for the club, if he even really "owns" it at all - no doubt his "boss" really owns it - LOL.
