Week 3 Surprises?

A couple really stood out to me:
(1) Miami beating Carolina. Carolina seems to burn hot and cold, losing by 3 to a Saints' team that was obviously jacked up to the max to play, dominating the Patriots, then losing (again by 3) to a Miami team that is tough to figure out.
(2) Indy winning it again with defense. Have teams figured out Peyton's offense? It doesn't seem to matter, they are winning it the Dungy way (and I saw a lot of these in his Tampa days). Indy has allowed a league low 16 points this year through 3 games.
and finally:
(3) Cadillac Williams rushing 35 times. Gruden obviously likes the kid, but is he going to run him into the ground and not have him for the second half of the season? Time will only tell.
What stood out to you most this week?

Cincy still pouring it on suprised me. They're known for letdowns, but not yet this year.
Cleveland defense playing tough. AFC North overall looks strong.
second is clevelands d really that good?
I saw the Colts defense was ranked about 25th in the league this week? That has to be the official most unimportant stat in the game I guess. I think they are leading the league in sacks and 16 points allowed in three weeks??? That's best in the league by a landslide. Should any other stat matter? I'm happy with the improved defense but I hoped the offense would break out of their "slump" this week. Can any one tell me the last time Peyton went back to back weeks without a TD pass??? Something is unusual in my Indiana.
The Packers falling to 0-3 and losing at home surprised me a little. Favre deserves better I think.
Carolina losing again surprises me.
San Francisco playing so well surprises me too. This team had all of two wins last year, both in OT. Is the new coach the real and only reason?
Now I'm watching the 2-0 Giants and their good defense being schooled by LaDainian. I guess that's no surprise though.
