Roman Romulus & Remus Coin

Here is one I finished cleaning and attributing today. I;m pretty sure it's a 20mm Constantinople City Commerative with Romulus and Remus being suckled by a she wolf. It's dated from around 333-335.

URBS ROMA = city of Rome so its the Roma issue. Its also from Thessalonica mint, and looks like workshop 5 (the E at the end of the mint mark which I read SMTSE)

Very cool coin- I have always liked those but never had one.
<< <i>Commemorative, not "commerative"- you dropped a syllable there.

Yeah man, I was reallly pleased when the crud started flaking off. There was a basic outline but I didn't want to mess up the patina...
