International Coin and stamp Inc

Dorkgirl named a post about they were selling great gold coins here. But I have a few questions about this company.
1) It says on their website: Prices based on gold spot at $437.10 per ounce. Gold is about 30 dollars above this. Is it just outdated or what? It doesnt seem right because with gold at 460 or so french roosters cost about 90$ and they are selling theirs for 95. If gold was at 430 they would be cost less.
2) It also says this, which I dont understand:
Our foreign gold inventory drops in the summer and the coins listed below may not be available to us. Please contact us if you want to check on availability and price.
Right now, I can get 20 Franc Angels and Roosters, and British Sovereigns.
In order for us to provide these low prices on foreign gold, we are required to submit a minimum order of 10 coins to our importer. No exceptions.
Does this mean I have to buy 10 franc roosters just to get the price of their "low" prices (They really arent that low) and that I have to buy 10?
