    The exit / on ramps to the highways have been rebuilt. Every time I go thru that area they are working on a new section.

    It's all part of the rebuilding for the Adrian's Landing / Hartford waterfront project.

    The last time thru, I had to take a one block detour. Which isn't bad on a Sunday morning - not much traffic in Hartford on the weekend.
