1903-S Barber Dime question

I collect coins but I also metal detect, I found a great looking 1903-s dime a while back, other than the dirt on there that I cant rinse away it looks to be in perfect shape, you can see every detail. My question is if I send it to be slabbed by PCGS will they clean it? or is it not even worth doing? I will try and take a pic of it but the pics dont do it justice, just makes it all look blackish.

if buried, then probably pitted and corroded

PCGS will take your money and return it no-graded

If I were going to send it anywhere I'd send it to NCS.
