It's been nearly 3 months now since I requested 1962 Fleer & 1963 Fleer Oakland Raiders team sets to be added to the registry. Why is this taking so long? This shows that you don't really give a dam about your customers, because of this you have lost some money from me.

They have never asked me to do this, do they do this before they set-up the set?

When I requested the Brett Favre Master set I was emailed an Excel spreadsheet with the cards that they had with preliminary weights. I was then allowed to add weights for the unweighted cards. However, with my hectic schedule I was unable to help. Maybe some others did but it did take awhile for the set to be posted and I assume that is why.

I applaud PSA for doing what they're doing. But, this is not rocket science. They shouldn't have to rely on us (as I did with the Palmeiro Master set) to do all of the work for them. I understand the reasoning, but they should have some knowledgable folks inhouse to place the weight on the cards.

It also opens up things such as certain folks placing silly weights for cards that they already own just to make their own sets better than others when/if it is created. Or, for instance with my Palmeiro master set, I set the weights with a common sense approach and listed every card that they had on the list. The problem? Well, someone else was already working on the Palmeiro 'basic' set and ended up listing more cards on that one than the Palmeiro master. So, now his player set lists are all out of whack. I even went out of my way to help them and fix it for them, but they say that they are not going to change anything and gave some half-@$$ excuse for not doing it.

They could post every player list on a 'voting' or 'ranking' website or something and have us go there and place suggestions for the weights. Then, when they receive enough 'votes' or 'weights' for the sets, make it an 'active' list and move forward with it. This would avoid (or at least lessen) the constant e-mails trying to add a card to the master sets.

Apart from the graders....PSA employees are not experts on cards.

The average employee is not going to know jack about the master set for roid head Raffy or abyone else.

It took six months to get two sets uploaded for me this year. Let's not get crazy cheering on PSA for their "free" service. This is nothing more than a tool to encourage all of us to pay to have more cards graded.
