    He'll be back again next year, and he should still win this season's comeback player of the year.

    too bad...i wanted to see him at 40-100 again. despite those 2-3 bad years with the mariners/reds that really tarnished his image, he still is one of my favorite players.

    Sucks.. He doesn't deserve all of these injuries he's a stand up guy. It would be nice to see him right bellow Aaron and Ruth rather than Bonds.

    knuckles, i agree. saw him in nashville back in 89/90 with his dad doing card shows. he was great.

    Ditto the sentiments of Knuckles and Axtell. This is a "good guy." Hope he rehabs well and sticks around another 5 years or so....if his body can take it. Got to get him back to the AL if a few years.
    Proud of my 16x20 autographed and framed collection - all signed in person. Not big on modern - I'm stuck in the past!
