    The eBay insert in my Sunday paper said the CELEBRATE coupon code lasts until Sept. 28. I think you can only use it once per eBay acct, though, so it pays to save it for the big purchase you were about to make anyway, so the 10% off would be the max of $25. I was shopping for a piece of new-in-the-box computer equipment, and with the final bid on eBay plus the $25 off, it was a great deal, even cheaper than some used prices.

    Oh yeah, it only works if the seller accepts PayPal.
