Grading Vouchers and Collectors Club Vouchers

This is more of a question for one of the PSA reps that watch the board. I just renewed by subscription and have my vouchers for the 12 cards. I also have a voucher for 1 regular service level grading. Can they be placed on the same invoice or do they have to be seperate invoices.
