1970 Topps/OPC Sticker Stamps (Hockey) are from where?

Were these 1970 Topps/OPC Sticker Stamps an insert in 1970 Hockey Topps/OPC wax packs? I just picked-up a Rod Gilbert PSA 9 1/1 for $10. It seemed like a fair deal.

I noticed this Rod Gilbert example seems to be a lo-pop. I remember seeing other recent examples that were not very well centered (as my new Gilbert example seems to be centered ok). Again, I figured a 1970 example hofer like Rod Gilbert in PSA 9 mint for only ten bucks was a "no brainer".

Any feedback on these sticker stamps would really be appreciated, as I also have a few PSA 10s hofer sticker stamps "salted away"!

Both Topps and OPC packs contained the same stickers. There is no difference between the stickers found in either set.

Nice pickup for $10 though

I think they were inserted in 1st series opc packs and topps packs. opc 2nd series had the deckles. great pick up for $10 , surprising because mark wallinga needs it for his set so he must have just missed it.
