?ANAHUAC?

I have a repaired baseball bat manufactured by *ANAHUAC*, quality 100, 34", 35oz., the grip is 1.10" and the barrel is 2.43".
The "label", which is strikingly like the ellipse insignia of Louisville Slugger, has the name "ANAHUAC" where Hillerich & Bradsby would be. There is a registration symbol to the right of the C in Anahuac. A five pointed star is in front of and behind the word Anahuac.
Where LS puts Flame Tempered or Powerized, this bat has the statement, "Fresno Seleccionado".
Where LS puts the word GENUINE this bat has "PREFERIDO POR". and below that is the script "Campeones".
Above and below ANAHUAC are deeply burned parallel lines. The top of the ellipse area has the phrase "MFRA. DEBATES S.A. DE. C.V., PUEBLA, PUE".
The area below Anahuac in the bottom area of the ellipse has the number 100 and running along the inside curve of the bottom of the ellipse is "MARCA REG-MECHO EN MEXICO"
It is finished in a lightly tinted clear coat, like most Louisville Sluggers. The grain on the bat is tighter than any other bat I have, and is 16 to 20 lines per inch. I'm not sure of the wood. You would think Ash, but the grain is so tight.
Can anyone tell me anything about it?
It appears to be a "clone" of a Louisville Slugger.
It is used, cracked, and repaired, and has the legitimate autographs of Juan Gonzalez, early Raul Mondesi, and if real, an early (1993-1994) autograph of Alex Rodriguez.
The autographs are not the question, can anyone tell me about the bat company? And possible material, and if the company is still in existence.
Thanks in advance
Patrick
