    I don't think a closer deserves the Cy Young unless he has less than 3 blown saves. Most of them only work one inning. Perfection shouldn't be too high of an expectation. I also don't think a closer should win the Cy Young when there are pitchers that have over 20 wins with today's 5 man rotation.

    Mariano Rivera was amazing for the Yankees this year, definitely worthy of a nod...but I got two words for yah...

    21 wins is extremely difficult in the modern era of baseball and I think he will get the award.
