Help from pixel counters..chance for an 8?

This card is a blazer in person, but of course off center. If centered I'm sure a 9. Pack fresh gloss, I can count his freckles. Back is snowy white and centered. Is the centering good enough for an 8? Or is it a NQ 7. Thanks in advance

    28/18 L/R = 60/40
    9/18 T/B = 33/67

    I'd say it definitely has a shot an an unqualified 8. I've seen 9's with worse centering, as I'm sure you have as well.

    That's about what I come up with as well. 65/35 and just better than 70/30. It's close enough that it may be an eye appeal issue. Up to the grader. If the other merits of the card are as strong as you say, then an 8 should be had.
