For all pixel counters Chance for a str8 PSA 8?

This card is a blazer in person, but of course off center. If centered I'm sure a 9. Pack fresh gloss, I can count his freckles. Back is snowy white and centered. Is the centering good enough for an 8? Or is it a NQ 7. Thanks in advance

    My guess is that it is too far off center to get an 8. Should definitely come back a 7 even with the centering issues. You might want to request "No qualifiers" when you submit it if you care about getting a qualifier.
