Help on an ancient?

A person wrote me trying to identify this ancient, definitely out of my field, so I knew I could get help here. It's a great looking piece that appears to be a gold Octodrachm of Arsinoe II wife of Ptolemy II of Egypt.

That's certainly what it purports to be. Should be 27-29mm or so and weigh in at about 28g. Professional authentication recommended.
