When I update my registry, how long should it take to show up?

I added a coin a week or more ago which for my humble set should improve my ranking. My ranking has actually fallen, and when you view my set, it does not show up. If I try to edit the set to add the coin again, it shows only then?
I collect circulated U.S. silver

    morganbarber, Did you validate at the bottom of the page after adding coins to your set? If you
    did not select the validate buttton, your additions won't display when others view it.
