Earlier this year, I purchased a complete set of 1969 MLB Photostamps. They come in sheets, with 12 players on a sheet, that can be cut (1 3/4 by 3 inches each).
PSA grades hand cut examples of these items, take a look:
PSA Population Report 1969 MLB Photostamps (Hand Cut)
There are some great hofers & great players in this set (i.e., Al Kaline, Frank & Brooks Robinson, Ernie Banks, Fergy Jenkins, Hank Aaron, Killebrew, Koosman, Motgan, Torre, Bench, Marichal, Brock, Wills, Stottlemyre, Cepeda, Rose Neikro, Clemente, Carew, Perez, Mays McCovey, Stargell, Seaver and so many more!).
How to go about cutting all those sheets, the best possible way, as to obtain PSA 10s and 9s? Is my question here. I emagine if cut properly and professionaly, I can make out very well with the PSA "finished products".
Suggestions? Should I attempt to cut all those sheets myself or who should I get to cut them for me? I know what PSA is looking for as far as "hand cut" material. As I understand PSAs desire to see equal spacing on all sides, leaving dotted-lines, etc.
All those sheets, with 12 Photostamps/cards on each thin paper sheets? What to do?

In the SCD guide, the way the 1970 set is listed & described is absolutely incorrect. The guide has players listed by team, but many of the players in the 1970 set are not even on the team they have them listed on, as a result of either a trade and/or expansion (Montreal & San Diego players are most affected). Additionally, they list several cards - and example being a 1969 Clemente at 4.00 and a 1970 at 21.00, however, no such 1970 card exists. I've told Bob Lemke of this as well as the correct checklist for 1970, so I expect he'll change it by the 2007 catalog. Because of the way it is catalogued, PSA mislabels them regularly. I know this for certain because I have a 1969 Norm Cash but it is labeled as a 1970 card, when in fact, Cash was only issued in the 1969 set. I even turned it in at the National, telling them to correct the label, and it was sent back to me with a small note that said correct as is. The reason PSA gets them confused so easily is because the guide says that the 1970 ones can be told from the 1969 ones because the 1969 stamps have a statement on the back about the official collectors album. However, only half the cards have this statement on the back, so PSA incorrectly classified the Cash card, which is part of the group that does not have the statement on the back, as a 1970.
Edited - After just taking a look at the 1970 population report, every one of those cards listed as 1970 except for the Nolan Ryan is a 1969 stamp. The Yastrzemski is not even part of either set, as he was never even issued - that card is likely a 1971 Dell that was mislabeled.

<< <i>But I bet it would be fun to cut them up and paste them in the albums. >>
Yeah, but I don't have the albums!

<< <i>They're hardly worth cutting up & grading to begin with, no matter how well you cut them up. The 1969 set is extremely common and is worth around $20-25 with the 18 sheets in NM or better. 1970 is another story though, as they are far more scarce. 1970 sheets (there are 5 total to my knowledge - 60 players total) can be differentiated from the 1969 sheets easily because the sheet is much brighter white stock and the players have the team logo's showing. All 1969 cards have airbrushed team logo's. Players of note found on the 1970 sheets include Nolan Ryan, Steve Carlton & Reggie Jackson. None of these players were in the 1969 set.
