Unused mint Larry Bird night ticket for sale, maybe

Wondering if anyone knew anything about this potential value of this item. A friend of mine has an unused (unripped) ticket from Larry Bird night in 1993 at the Garden. It is in perfect mint condition. It was the night his number was retired, and they gave out bags of free junk as well. The Garden was sold out for the event, even though there was no game following the ceremonies. I'm betting his is one of a very small handful of unused tickets from that night.
Anyways, if there are any serious Bird collectors out there who might be interested, or anyone has an idea about the value of this unused ticket, please reply. Thanks.
