Probably Notes on 18th century tokens by Waters. Another possiblity might be Commercial Coins 1787 - 1804 by Bell.
Must be Waters. Waters says 51,500. Bell says 5 cwt which would only be 25,750.

I just ordered a copy of Notes on 18th century tokens by Waters, yesterday from one of the book sellers that lists through Abe's Books.
