with gold on the rise...maybe this isn't the time...

well it cant hurt the numismatic gold market or the market overall with gold over 450 but it dropped a little today

for me coins are all marketing and timing and a combination of when you need money but sometimes when you need money is the worst time to sell and usually you need it fast and coins can take time to get out of to get the most advantegous price

also it never hurts to take sell if you have something that went up in value as no one ever lost money taking a profit ..........................but what happens if you love the coin and you cant replace it?? well i just do not have definitive answers to this question or all the other combos as per the above

i think for me in answering your question is it is a fine balance line for all the the above and if you ever find the right time to sell at the top of the market coins you want to place in other good homes and you could use the money then you are one of the few............

i think it all depends it is on a case by case basis

if you are wondering if you should sell then i needs to sits down with you
and see what you got to sell
how much you are in it at
what is your collecting goals
do you love really love the coins
what is your current financial situation
what are your reasons why you are considering this
do you need money right now or in 6 months??

then i can give you my thoughts of what i think

but in the end you got to make your own choices and i hope you always make the right ones

a really difficult question to answer but this is my best answer as per the above my saint sweet
