Question on what cards qualify for a player collection

I have a small Nate Colbert player collection and recently tried to add a 1977 Turn Back the Clock card to the registry. I received an email from the registry folks that said they could not add the card since it didn't have his 1976 stats on the back. (The "Turn Back the Clock" cards were commemorative cards in a sense. Colbert's card celebrated his 5 HR's in a doubleheader.)

I have a few other oddball cards (Venezuelan stamps, etc.) and want to know where I can go to see what cards would qualify for the registry. image

There isn't a true list, but cards issued after the player's career must be from the year after he retired, must be part of a regular (i.e., not devoted to retired player's issue), and must be about the player's performance the prior season (e.g., base cards with stats, league leader cards showing the player, World Series cards showing the player, Highlights/Record Breakers cards showing the player). The same issue has come up with regard to the '88 Score Reggie Jackson subset (#500-504).
