    CLCT = Collector's Universe shares (NASD)... they report earnings tomorrow, conference call @ 4PM... probably a non-event, but I was just curious if any hobbyists here believed enough in PSA enuff to own shares in the mother company... I did sell CLCT shares short it once back in '00 for a nice profit though. I have to believe that PSA is probably the cornerstone of CLCT's earnings now, the PSA registry has been a boon for biz it would seem.

    I wouldn't be surprised if DBH had a few shares...lol

    Actually the coin business is the most profitable part of the business. The card business has been down over the last several qtrs.

    Dividend Update: 1/22/2015 9:03 am Collectors Universe has approved an increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.35 per share per quarter, up from $0.325 (CLCT) :

    Co announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.35 per share per quarter, for an expected total annual cash dividend of $1.40 per common share.

    I own some, not a lot. The dividends aren't bad, would be nice for a shareholder grading special or half grade shareholder bump, but I'm not holding my breath.

    I have bought and sold shares of CLCT over the past year. I am currently holding shares. Glad to see the bump in the dividend.

    I bought some last yr when it was selling in the high $16's and sold it when it reached $23. Im watching for another buying opp.
