Andruw Jones Blue/Black ink???

I know this isn't the 1st time theirs been a debate about blue and black ink but my two exact same cards have diffrent inks and it appears the black ink is running out making me believe one of the pens was bad? Im wondering what everyone here thinks and if this is a var. or a lower print run.
