What is this raised Line on this AH Kennedy?
I picked up this AH Kennedy for melt price at a coin show this weekend. The dealer was selling individual coins out of a Dansco Type Set Album and apparently just wanted to get rid of it. The coin is half decent with a bit of a Cameo and just a few minor milk spots except for the upper right obnerse rim area. In this area there is this strange raised line on the coin. At the end of the line on the rim is milk haze, but if you follow the line down towards Kennedy it is just a silver line sticking up off of the surface of the coin. Anybody know what this is? Is this some kind of strange planchet flaw or is something stuck underneath there? Is this some kind of outgassing? Could this have something in common with the mysterious milk spots since at the end of the line on the rim there is milk haze? Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks, in advance, for any replies.
